Vol. 23 No. 7

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - REDDY ESTATE—DIVISION OF.

asked the Minister for Fisheries when it is expected that the division by the Land Commission of a farm on the estate of Mary A. G. Reddy and another (Record No. S. 2749), is likely to take place.

The lands referred to comprise a holding of 68a. 2r. 4p. in the townland of Carroward held by Patrick Goughan as tenant on the estate of Mary A.G. Reddy which is being dealt with under the Land Act, 1923. The holding has been retained and the Commissioners propose to apply for an order authorising them to resume possession. It is not possible at present to say when the lands may be divided.
