Vol. 25 No. 1

CIRCUIT COURT RULES. - DENTISTS BILL, 1928.—FROM THE SEANAD.

Before the Dáil enters on the consideration of the Vote on Account, I wish to mention that the Dentists Bill, 1928, has been sent back from the Seanad. The Minister informs me that he intends to move agreement with all the Seanad amendments.

Will it be in order to move amendments to the amendments adopted in the Seanad?

It will. The Deputy's amendment, as communicated to me by telephone this morning, could be handed in this evening and the consideration of it taken up tomorrow.

I have other amendments to other matters.

They could be handed in this evening. The Deputy should get the amendments drafted as soon as possible. There will therefore be further amendments to the Seanad amendments.
