PRIVATE BUSINESS. - LIMERICK CORPORATION GAS UNDERTAKING (PENSIONS) BILL, 1928. MESSAGE FROM THE SEANAD.

Tá Seanad Eireann tar éis an Rún so leanas do rith agus ba mhaith leo go n-aontódh Dáil Eireann leis:—
Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach Co-Choiste den dá Thigh do cheapa chun Bille Gheas-Ghnótha Bhárdais Luimnighe (Pinsin), 1928 do bhreithniú, eadhon Bille dá ngairmtear Acht chun a chur ar chumas Méara, Seanóirí agus Buirgéisigh Chontae-Bhuirg Luimnighe Pinsin nó liúntaisí do dheóna i gcásanna áirithe do cheárdaithe, d'fhir oibre, do sclábhaithe no do sheirbhísigh ar fostú in obhair a bhaineann le Geas-Ghnó an Mhéara, na Seanóirí agus na mBuirgéiseach san.
Seanad Eireann has passed the following Resolution, in which the Concurrence of Dáil Eireann is desired:
That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Limerick Corporation Gas Undertaking (Pensions) Bill, 1928, being a Bill entitled an Act to enable the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the County Borough of Limerick to grant pensions or allowances in certain cases to artisans, workmen, labourers, or servants employed in connection with the Gas Undertaking of the said Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses.

Go n-aontuighidh an Dáil leis an Seanad na Rún a cuireadh in úil don Dáil an 18º Iúl, 1928, go bhfuil sé oiriúnach Co-Choiste den Dá Thigh do cheapa chun Bille Gheas-Ghnótha Bhárdais Luimnighe (Pinsin), 1928 do bhreithniú.—(Leas-Cheann Comhairle.)

That the Dáil concur with the Seanad in their Resolution communicated to the Dáil the 18th July, 1928, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Limerick Corporation Gas Undertaking (Pensions) Bill, 1928.—(Leas-Cheann Comhairle.)
