Owing to the large number of holdings in respect of which purchase agreements have to be signed by tenants, the cases of Michael Hession and John Joyce, tenants on the estate of Terence Heaney, etc., have not yet been reached, but it is anticipated that the resale of their holdings to them will be completed at an early date.
