Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Talbot Estate (Co. Tipperary).

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether the Land Commission has acquired the estate of Col. J.S. Talbot, Ashgrove, Terryglass, Co. Tipperary, and, if so, whether he can state when it will be divided.

The estate of Col. J. S. Talbot, which is pending for sale under the Land Act, 1923, comprises six holdings situate in the townland of Terryglass in the occupation of tenants. It is at present being dealt with and the Land Commission have under consideration what action they will take with a view to providing enlargements for the small-holdings on the estate.
