SECTION 2.

I move:—

"In sub-section (1), line 18, to delete the words ‘The provisions of."

I move:—

"In sub-section (1), line 20, to delete the word ‘county' where it secondly occurs in that line."

SECTION 3.

I move:—

"In lines 30 and 31, to delete the words "and shall be read and construed as one with the Principal Act."

Amendment agreed to.
Question—"That the Bill, as amended, be received for final consideration"—put and agreed to.

As the Bill has received a thorough examination by Special Committee, and as the amendments made on the Fourth Stage were drafting amendments, I would like if the Dáil would agree to have the Final Stage taken now.
