The number of companies incorporated outside Saorstát Eireann which had established places of business within Saorstát Eireann and filed the particulars prescribed by the Companies (Consolidation) Act, 1908, to be filed by such companies was, on 31st December, 1926, 394. The corresponding number on the 31st December, 1928, was 459. The information at the disposal of my Department does not, I regret, permit of a more detailed reply to the Deputy's question.
