asked the Minister for Agriculture whether he will state the total expenditure of the Forestry Branch of the Department of Agriculture in each county during the present financial year.

Mr. Hogan

The expenditure of the Forestry division of the Department is not made on a county basis; but the appended table, which gives the expenditure on forestry operations at the Department's Forestry Centres from 1st April to 31st October last (exclusive of Headquarters charges), indicates in each case the county or counties in which the Forestry Centre is situated.
