The Dáil went into Committee.

I beg to move that the Committee agree with the Seanad in the following amendment which they have inserted:—

In page 2, Section 2 (2), after the word "thereof," line 27, the words "in order to cause such vacancy to be filled," inserted.

It is purely a drafting amendment.
