Vol. 33 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Glen Veigh Estate, Donegal.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he can state when the Irish Land Commission proposes to acquire the Glen Veigh Estate, County Donegal, for division amongst the small farmers and landless men of that district.

Negotiations are in progress for the acquisition by the Land Commission of portion of the lands referred to, which are situate on the Adair Estate, but it is not possible at present to say when they may be acquired.
