Vol. 34 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Small Holders, Ballyphilip (Tipperary).

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if it is intended to take over the Going estate, Ballyphilip, Co. Tipperary, which is now in the possession of Mrs. Hughes, who also owns a large farm in the County Wicklow; if he is aware that there is not one acre of the Ballyphilip estate under tillage at present; and, if so, if he will state when the Land Commission intends to take over this estate for distribution amongst the small holders of the district and to relieve the distress that prevails at present in the locality.

Perhaps the Deputy would repeat his question at a later date.
