Vol. 36 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Tenancy of a Co. Kerry Farm.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state when it is the intention of his Department to finally determine the tenancy of the farm at present held by Michael Donoghue, Coomacullen, Clonkeen, Killarney Estate (Colonel Sugrue), and if he is aware that this farm was formerly held by the present occupier's father.

The holding referred to by the Deputy appears to be on the estate of J.M. Sugrue, Record No. S. 2263, particulars of which have been lodged in the Land Commission under the Land Act, 1923. The matter referred to in the question will be inquired into by the Land Commission when the estate is being dealt with in its turn.
