The lands to which the Deputy refers comprise 39 acres of the townland of Kingstown Glebe or Ballymaconry, on the Estate of Sir Christopher R. Lighton and Another which is the subject of proceedings under the Land Act, 1923. It is not possible at present to state when the lands may be acquired and divided.
