asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he will state how many county medical officers have been appointed to date; the names of the areas to which they have been appointed; the names of the areas where assistant county medical officers have been appointed, and the conditions of salary of each such medical officers and assistant medical officer.

Seventeen county medical officers of health have been appointed. The areas in which such officers and assistant county medical officers of health have been appointed, with particulars of salary in each case, are:—
