Vol. 38 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Claim for Turbary in Headford, County Kerry.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he is aware that Jeremiah Healy, Headford, Kerry, tenant of the McCartic Estate (Record Order No. of farm 85/8985) signed a purchase agreement in 1918, wherein he was entitled to the usual turbary that 75 per cent. of the turbary allotted him had been cutaway bog; and if the Minister in view of the fact that the tenant has now no turbary, will send down an inspector to investigate Healy's claim.

Jeremiah Healy, Headfort, has a right of turbary in a plot containing 3a. 0r. 33p. on the townland of Cools. The Land Commission are investigating his claim for an additional plot of turbary.
