asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries to state whether the question of the grazing rights on Muckish Mountain, by the tenant farmers of Gortnaleck, Kilmacloo and Creansmear, Stewart Bam Estate, Co. Donegal, has yet been considered by the Land Commission, and, if so, what decision, if any, has been come to in the matter.

The Land Commission have still under consideration the question of the grazing rights on Muckish Mountain, and a scheme is being prepared for the division of the mountain lands.
