I move that the Bill be now read a second time. There have been various minor provisions introduced into the Bill that were not in the Resolution. There is a provision for the importation into market towns of oats from Northern Ireland. There is a provision for a drawback on oat products manufactured here and for the importation of oats for the mere purpose of milling which happens in certain cases along the border. Otherwise there is no change.
