Vol. 41 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - District Fever Hospital for Wexford.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state what action he proposes to take in response to the repeated representations made by the Wexford Corporation to have a district fever hospital established at Wexford town.

I propose to examine the situation in regard to hospital accommodation in Wexford County in connection with the application of the Board of Health and Public Assistance for a grant under Section 6 of the Public Charitable Hospitals (Amendment) Act, 1931. I expect that I will then be able to decide what measures can be taken to secure better hospital accommodation for Wexford town.
