I propose to take the first part of No. 3, that is the Supplementary and Additional Estimates; after that the Housing (Financial and Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill, 1932— from the Seanad; next to that the Finance Bill—from the Seanad, and then the second part of the Supplementary and Additional Estimates.
