Steps are being taken to ensure the payment of Incremental Salary to Secondary Teachers at the earliest possible date. It is not expected that payment in respect of the first quarter of the current school year will be made at a later date than in previous years.
Does not the Minister recognise the necessity for earlier payment this year than in previous years, when he considers the burden of taxation, equivalent to £280,000,000, that is being put upon this community.
