Vol. 46 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Three-Gallon Flushing Cisterns.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state when supplies of Irish manufactured three-gallon flushing cisterns will be available; and if he will consider exempting imports of these articles from customs duty pending the supply of Irish made cisterns.

Preparations for the manufacture of three-gallon flushing cisterns have reached an advanced stage and I have been assured that supplies of these goods of Saorstát manufacture will be available within six weeks.
