Galway Harbour Bill, 1933—Report of the Joint Committee on Standing Orders.

The Joint Committee on Standing Orders have reported that, in the case of the application for leave to introduce the Galway Harbour Bill, 1933, they recommend

(1) That Standing Orders 4 and 6 ought to be dispensed with.

(2) That Standing Order 9 ought to be dispensed with, subject to the notice prescribed by the said Standing Order being given by the promoters on or before the 13th April, 1933; and subject to proof being given before the Examiner of Private Bills of service of the said notice.

I move that the Report do lie upon the Table; that the Standing Orders 4 and 6 be dispensed with and that Standing Order 9 be dispensed with, subject to the notice prescribed by the said Standing Order being given by the Promoters on or before the 13th April, 1933, and subject to proof being given before the Examiner of Private Bills of service of the said notice.

Ordered accordingly.
