Cement Bill, 1933—Financial Resolution. - Cement Bill, 1933—Money Resolution.

Resolved:—
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to make provision for the control and regulation of the manufacture of cement and of the importation of cement and to provide for the compulsory acquisition of land for the purposes of such manufacture.—(Mr. Lemass.)
