asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he is aware that a large number of ratepayers in the County Mayo had not paid the second moiety of their rates before April 1st, 1933; that the rate collectors lodged the full amount of their warrants before March 31st, 1933; that the validity of credit notes issued in pursuance of the Rates on Agricultural Land (Relief) Act ended on March 31st, 1933, and if in view of the representations made he will permit the Mayo County Council to allow the rate collectors to accept the credit notes in respect of the outstanding rates.
