Auctioneers, Valuers, House and Estate Agents Bill, 1933.—First Stage.

I ask for leave to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to make provision for the registration and control of auctioneers, valuers, house and estate agents, and for the giving of security by them in respect of the custody and application of money and property of other persons passing through their hands, and to make provision for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.

The House is aware of the main provisions of this Bill. It is ready for printing and, if leave is given, it will be circulated as soon as printed.
