Vol. 48 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Wholesale Liquor Licences.

asked the Minister for Finance if in view of the alteration in the circumstances of the licensed trade since the original enactment stipulating six dozen bottles of stout or ale as the minimum quantity for any individual sale by a person holding only a wholesaler's intoxicating liquor licence, he will consider reducing the minimum quantity to two dozen half-pint bottles.

It is not at present considered desirable to reduce the minimum quantity of beer which may legally be sold by a person holding only a beer dealer's licence.
