Seeds and Fertilisers (Supply) Bill, 1933—Money Resolution.

2. Chun éifeacht a thabhairt d'fhoralacha Achta ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun a údarú agus a dhéanamh dleathach do Comhairlí contaethe síolta eornan, síolta coirce, agus prátaí síl agus abhair leasuithe do chur ar fáil agus do dhíol í gcaitheamh na tréimhse dar tosach an ladh lá de Mhárta, 1933, agus dar críoch an 31adh lá d'Iúl, 1933, agus chun socruithe do dhéanamh i dtaobh nithe ghabhann no bhaineann leis an gcur ar fáil agus leis an díol san, go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfaí leis na Comhairlí sin, amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas, aon tsuimeanna is gá do réir forálacha an Achta san d'íoc leis na Comhairlí sin mar chúitheamh alos cailliúna fé n-a ndeachadar ag cur earraí ar fáil do dhoine fén Acht san.

That for carrying out the provisions of any Act of the present Session to authorise and validate the provision and sale by the councils of counties of barley seeds, oat seeds and seed potatoes and of fertilisers during the period commencing on the 1st day of March, 1933, and ending on the 31st day of July, 1933, and to make provision for matters incidental to or connected with such provision and sale, it is expedient to authorise the payment to such councils out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas, of any sums which are required by the provisions of such Act to be recouped to such councils in respect of losses incurred by them in supplying goods to persons under such Act.

The guarantee, as the Deputy is aware, is £25,000.

Roughly about £25,000. The administrative expenses which are negligible are not included.
