Public Business. - Financial Resolutions (Nos. 1 and 2)—Report.

I move: That the Dáil agree with the Committee in Resolution No. 1.

On the Committee Stage, Deputy Dillon asked the Minister certain questions as to whether the phrase "grass seed" included or was likely to include any interpretation that the Revenue Commissioners were likely to give to it. The Deputy asked if it included certain classes of seeds which he mentioned.

Dr. Ryan

I answered on that occasion that clover seeds were not included—only grass seeds. It does include other types of grass seed as well as rye grass, but only grass seeds.
