Vol. 50 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - A Deputy's Speech.

asked the Minister for Justice if his attention has been called to a statement as reported in the daily newspapers made by a Deputy of the Fianna Fáil Party at Mullingar in which he said he wished to convey to them a message from the delegates assembled at the Fianna Fáil Convention in Mullingar, that they were prepared as an organisation to stand behind Eamon de Valera in spite of High Courts, low courts, and every other court; whether, in view of the fact that such language is calculated to promote breaches of the peace, he will state what action has been or will be taken in the matter.

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative and the answer to the second part of the question is in the negative.
