It is proposed to interrupt Public Business at 12 o'clock for the purpose of taking Private Deputies' Business. Public Business will be resumed on the conclusion of the debate on the present motion in the names of Deputies Belton, O'Higgins and Minch. At the conclusion of Public Business, it is proposed to adjourn until 3 o'clock on Tuesday next.
