Vol. 52 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Enquiries by Detective.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state whether it was in accordance with instructions issued by him that children of a Deputy residing at Lissonfield House, Rathmines, were approached on the afternoon of Sunday, 29th April, by a detective and questioned as to the Deputy's whereabouts and movements, and if not, whether he will state who is responsible for such a happening, and what public purpose it is intended to serve; and whether he will take steps to prevent such interference with such members of the Deputy's family.

Perhaps the Deputy would repeat questions 1 to 4 on the next available day, when the Minister for Justice will be here.
