I presume it is not the desire of the House that I should move Resolution No. 24 to-day. No. 24 is a general Resolution upon which it is usual that a general discussion should take place. If I move it on the next day on which the Dáil sits it would be enough or I shall move it now and move simultaneously to report progress.
