Galway Harbour Bill, 1933—Message from the Seanad.

The following Message was received from the Seanad:—

Seanad Eireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Eireann is desired:—

That the Promoters of the Galway Harbour Bill, 1933, be permitted to insert in the Bill the additional provisions set out in the sections and amendments annexed to their Petition, if the Joint Committee on the Bill think fit.

I move:

That the Dáil concur with the Seanad in their Resolution communicated to the Dáil the 23rd day of May, 1934, That the Promoters of the Galway Harbour Bill, 1933, be permitted to insert in the Bill the additional provisions set out in the sections and amendments annexed to their Petition, if the Joint Committee on the Bill think fit.
