Vol. 53 No. 7

Housing (Gaeltacht) (Amendment) Bill, 1934—First Stage.

I move for leave to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend and extend the Housing (Gaeltacht) Act, 1929, and for that purpose to repeal the Housing (Gaeltacht) (Amendment) Act, 1931.

Leave granted.
Bill read a First Time. Second Stage ordered for Thursday, 28th June.

Can the Minister say when the Housing (Financial and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Bill, 1934, which has received a First Reading, and which is down for Second Reading on Wednesday next, will be circulated?

I do not think that arises on this Bill.

When will this Bill be circulated?

Probably Saturday.

The Deputy was quite in order in asking when a Bill which is down for Second Reading on Wednesday next will be circulated.

The Minister concerned is not here at present.

Will the Minister take a note of my query and let us know at a later stage?

I think that Bill will be circulated immediately also.

By Saturday?

The Minister responsible will be here later.
