Leave given to introduce a Bill "entitled an Act to make further and better provision in relation to the production and sale of milk with a view to improving the standards of purity and wholesomeness thereof and to make provision for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid."— (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health (Dr. Ward).)
