asked the Minister for Justice if he will state the place and date of occurrence and the nature of the offence in respect of which persons have been convicted by the Military Tribunal since 1st January, 1933, and sentenced to imprisonment for a period of (1) 5 years and upwards; (2) 4 years and less than 5 years; (3) 3 years and less than 4 years; (4) 2 years and less than 3 years; and the names of the persons so sentenced.
