Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Prosecutions and Convictions.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state, in respect of the last five years for which the information is available, the number of persons prosecuted under (a) the Food and Drugs Act, and (b) the Weights and Measures Act, and the number of convictions in each case.

The information, which is in tabular form, will be printed in the Official Report. Following is the information:

Return of Prosecutions and Convictions during Five Years ending 1933 for:—

(a) The Food and Drugs Act, and

(b) The Weights and Measures Act.
