asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state in respect of the last three years for which the information is available the number of young persons (distinguishing between males and females) between the age of 14 and 16 years medically examined in each area by certifying surgeons appointed under the provisions of the Factory and Workshops Act, 1901; and if he will state further the number of such young persons certified and the number rejected.
