asked the Minister for Education whether he is yet in a position to state when proposals will be made to the Oireachtas for the amendment of the Secondary Teachers' Superannuation Scheme in order to make eligible for pensions those teachers who have been deprived under the scheme of the right to pension by reason of being out of recognised teaching service for two consecutive years.
