Financial Resolutions. - Resolution No. 14—General.

I move:—

That it is expedient to amend the law relating to Customs and inland revenue (including Excise) and to make further provision in connection with finance.

This is the general Resolution, and I presume that the debate on it will be adjourned till to-morrow.
