I have received complaints of the nature referred to by the Deputy, and I am advised there is no justification for them. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
Without making a scientific inquiry such as I suggest in that last part of the question, how can the Minister satisfy himself that the complaints are wrong? Surely, if he has received complaints, the only sensible thing to do is to make them the subject of a scientific inquiry in order to rebut them and finally dispose of them?
