Vol. 63 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Burial Rights.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he is aware that the law, relative to rights of burial and titles to graves, is in a very uncertain, confused and confusing state, and if he will introduce an appropriate measure to remedy this unsatisfactory state of affairs.

No complaints have been received in the Department of any serious difficulties in connection with burial rights and titles to graves.
