Vol. 66 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - The Army Pensions Act.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state when a decision will be arrived at on the claim made by Mr. John Nolan, Ballyknockan, Fenagh, Muinebeag, for a disability pension under the Army Pensions Act, 1932.

A decision on his claim under the Army Pensions Acts, 1932, was issued on the 20th instant to Mr. John Nolan, Ballyknockan, Fenagh, Muinebeag. No award was made because the degree of disablement was found to be less than the relevant minimum required for the grant of a disability pension, viz., 80 per cent. in the case of disease.
