asked the Minister for Lands if he will state when the Land Commission propose to divide the remainder of the Palmer Estate at Rahan, Edenderry.

The Land Commission are not at present in a position to state when the remaining lands on the Palmer Estate will be allotted, but they will be disposed of as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the estate of McKeever, formerly held by Mr. J.L. Carew at Parsonstown, Carbury, County Kildare, for division.

No estate answering to the description given in the question can be identified as the subject of proceedings by the Land Commission. According to the General Valuation Office records neither a Mr. McKeever nor a Mr. Carew is returned as rated occupier of any lands of Parsonstown, Carbury, County Kildare.

asked the Minister for Lands if he would state whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the Browne-Clayton estate at Bennekerry, Carlow, for division.

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings pursuant to the Land Acts, 1923-36, for the acquisition of part of the lands of Ballynakillbeg, Chapeltown, and Kernanstown, on the Browne-Clayton estate. Record No. S.7494, County Carlow.
