Vol. 69 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cork Sorting Office.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will state when it is likely that the new sorting office at Cork will be ready for occupation.

The work of external construction, including the reroofing of the premises, has been completed. The details of the internal arrangements have not, however, been finally settled, but the matter is being expedited and the preparation of the plans will be put in hands without delay. It is not possible to say at present when the office will be ready for occupation.
