Written Answers. - Acquisition of Kildare Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the estate of the representatives of the late Mr. D. Kelly, Drennanstown, Rathangan, for division, and if so, when the estate is likely to be divided.

The Land Commission are having inquiries made regarding the estate of the late Daniel Kelly comprising 334 acres of the lands of Drennanstown North and Drennanstown South, but at the present stage of the proceedings it is not possible to state whether or when the lands will be acquired.
