asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he has made any inquiries regarding the effect on bathing resorts at Merrion, Blackrock, Williamstown, Sandycove, and other places near Dublin, of the waste which will be thrown out into Dublin Harbour by the new oil refinery, and if, in view of the regulations which have been found necessary on the Thames, he has secured that alternative methods of disposing of waste outside Dublin Harbour will be devised.
