Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Clarke Estate (Trabolgan, Aghada), County Cork.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the present position of the proceedings for the acquisition of the lands on the Clarke estate at Trabolgan, Aghada, County Cork, and whether it is likely that the lands will be available for distribution.

The Land Commission have decided to have inquiries made as to the suitability for their purposes of the estate of W.R. Clarke, and on completion of the inquiries, the question of the acquisition of the lands will be considered. At the present stage of the proceedings it is not possible to state whether or when the lands will be available for distribution.
