Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - The Industrial Credit Corporation.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the number of shares held by him in the Industrial Credit Corporation, Ltd.; and if he will arrange to have a copy of the memorandum and articles of association of the company placed in the Library for the convenience of members.

The Minister for Finance holds 991,989 £1 shares in the Industrial Credit Company, Ltd., of which 492,064 are fully paid and 499,925 are subject to a call of 7/6.

Arrangements have been made to have a copy of the memorandum and articles of association of the company placed in the Library for reference by members.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the dates upon which he subscribed for shares in the Industrial Credit Corporation and the amount of the shares subscribed for on these dates; whether the full price was paid on each of these subscriptions; and, if not, whether he will state the number and amount of shares for which he has subscribed but are not fully paid up; whether any application has been made for the outstanding amounts in the case of shares not fully subscribed for, and the date of any such application.

In November, 1933, the Minister for Finance subscribed for 492,064 fully paid £1 shares in the Industrial Credit Company, Ltd., and in July, 1936, for 499,925 £1 shares, 12/6 paid up. No call has been made in respect of the amount (£187,472) unpaid on the latter shares.
