asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if schemes for the relief of unemployment in Limerick City have been submitted to his Department by the Limerick City Council, and, if so, on what date such proposals were received in his Department; and if he will state if and when sanction will be given to the proposed schemes.

Revised proposals in connection with employment schemes on roads were received from the Limerick City Council on the 25th October, 1938. Sanction to the proposals was issued on the 23rd of this month.
